   Hi , thank you for giving us feedback. When you initially receive the product , it is tightly bound this is to ensure that it is not damaged during shipping and the wire on the second piercing is very adjustable. It can be resized to however further or close you want from the first one.

   You don’t need a double ear piercing to wear this so it’s really cute if you want to look like you have one without actually getting the piercing. I love it.
